Chenzhou Hualu Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (shortened Chenzhou Hualu) was established in June 2005, which is the wholly owned subsidiary of China Hualu Group Co., Ltd. (Central government direct managing enterprise, one of the 120 national experimental enterprise groups) in the Export Processing Zone of Suxian District, Chenzhou, Hunan Province. The company covers an area of 320,000 square meters, with registered capital of RMB130,000,000. We are professional in developing, producing, and distributing of AV electronic products, including DVD players, portable DVE players, blue-light DVD players, ATSC STB, digital frames, LCD, compatible LCD/DVD players and etc.Covering an area of 35,000 square meters, the first section of the Chenzhou Hualu factory house set up in July 2006, and started production in October 2006. We have accomplished the construction project of DVD complete machine production lines, including 2 lines of automatic SMT, 3 lines of plug-in units, 4 DVD assembly lines, with RMB10 million investment and 1,800,000 units annual output. The production facilities are mainly for producing DVD-RW, COMBO (DVD/recorder compatible), DVB STB, online DVD player, portable DVD player, MP3, PMP, digital frame and etc.In 2007, Chenzhou Hualu has start-up the LCD production project, with total investment of RMB750 million, which will accomplished in three sections. In the first section, we have set up one LCD assembly line, with 320,000 units annual ouput (LCD >=42''). The whole project will accomplished in 2010, with 2,000,000 units annual output of LCD TV.In 2008, China Hualu has become the Contribution Member of Global Blue-ray Alliance officially, own two patented techniques in blue-light DVD project. We have been batch producing blue-ray DVD players.Chenzhou Hualu executes 6S management system internal. In 2007, we have passed the evaluation of ISO9000 and ISO14000.
