History 2010 HiMeida is awarded "Excellent Brand" prize and "Innovation Product" prize on the Contest of HD products HiMedia's model HD500B is awarded "Excellent Brand" prize on Feb.2010. HiMedia established its own factory on April 2010. HiMedia released its new Sigma Design 8643 based HD800 serial products on July 2010. 2009 HiMedia's model HD100 is awarded "the best recommendable product" prize posted by China's Magazine "Digital Home" HiMedia released its two truly 1080P high definition products, HD300A and HD300D on Sep.2009. HiMedia released one full functional player HD500B-T,which has combined function of HD player and Digital Settop box on. 2008 HiMedia released the first player HD2010 which could play RMVB format in China, and started Innovation Road of its own brand on Jan.2008. In order to welcome Beijing Olympic Game, HiMedia released first 1080P HD player called HD8-TH and its Improved model HD8A on Aug.2008. 2007 HiMedia signed developing agreement on Mobile Advertisement playing with Beijing Airport and Beiche Group in China. HiMedia successfully lead 85 serial products of Sigma Design to IPTV field, and become the unique company in China having ability to make this networked player products mass produced. 2006 HiMedia signed cooperation agreement with KONKA Group in China on design of IPTV Settop box. HiMedia established good cooperating relationship with Texas Instruments in US, and been highly supported by TI company on IPTV settop box design based on DAVINCI platform. 2005 HiMedia was established on developing and produce of Network Media project.
