We are professional manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel and silver jewelry in China and established in 1998. Our factory is located in Shunde of Guangdong Province. We have 150 experienced employees include 15 senior design engineers in our factory. Our monthly ability of producing various kinds of jewelry is 100,000 pieces, including rings, pendants and earrings, luxury necklaces, bracelets, bangles, cufflinks and brooches. We currently have two production workshops:
Stainless Steel:(Investment casting)
316L Stainless steel materials with spark zircones,such as:AAA grade zircone,star cutting zircone,crystal,Onlyx,TURQS,Coral,Resin,etc. CNC/hand stone setting.
Jewellery:(925 Silver)
925 sterling silver materials with spark zircones and high quality semi-precious stone,crystal,etc.All the stones are hand setting,including micro setting.Rhodium plating,nickel free.
We carry out key production steps in-house. This means the whole processes from designing and molding to casting, polishing, stones setting, plating and packing all are finished in our own factory. Your own design, including pictures, samples or ideas, small order are deeply welcomed. We provide excellent service to our customers, and we also make sure the quality is very high of our products.
Steps:
1) Design and drawing.
2) Jewelry CAD drawing and make wax mould by US wax mould machine.
3) Wax mould casting in silver.
4) Silver mould refinish and make rubber mould.
5) Investment casting, including 316L stainless steel.
6) Refinish.
7) Stone setting.
8) Polish.
9) Plating:
Silver:Rhodium plating, White/yellow/Rose/black plating.
Stainless steel: IP rose/yellow/black plating, white no need plating.
10)QC and packing.
