Our factory is established at 1999 in Shenzhen which has experienced engineering team and creative product designers.

In order to provide better services to our esteemed customers, we start up the HK office and operate Sales and Marketing.

Thus, the product range of Ratac is quite wide which including Retro Style Turntable, Wooden Jukebox entertainment center, Tablet PC, MP4/MP5 player and Headsets.

By this kind of products, we could cover most of daily entertainment for our customers so that we understand our customers, and we know what our customers needed.

Our factory is located in Shenzhen where is the center of raw materials sourcing so that we could have competitive products in quality and price.

In order to fulfill customers' need, we had built up good relationship with many raw materials factories in China which are selected by our experienced Engineers. So we could give our customers a high confidence on our products.

We have our own Product Development team with 30 staffs and experienced team leader for the product mechanism and engineering design, development and testing.

With our well grown production lines, we could ensure our delivery within 30 to 50 days after order confirmation. Moreover, our factory already obtains SA 8000 and ISO 9001 certificates so that our customers could be no worry in our production and management.

In order to ensure our quality, we have 10 QC staff and 5 engineers to make sure our quality. Moreover, we invested USD 100,000 for the reliability test machines such as drop test machine, vibration test machine, salt spraying test machine, temper a ture and humidity test machine.
