Our manufacturing plant is located in Xinxing County close to Guangzhou City. The factory has a total area of 88,000 sq. meters. For the first phase development that was completed, we have 3 impact bonding machines (1600 Tons and 1000 Tons) plus the newly designed semi-auto grinding and polishing lines. We are capable to produce 5.5 million pieces of stainless steel impact bonded cookware per year.

By 2010 end, we target to install a few more impact bonding machines and machinery to achieve maximum yearly production capacity to 10 million pieces.

We have a strong R&D team to continuously search for innovative ideas and to turn customer’s ideas into 3D design, followed by feasibility study and prototyping. These prototypes will then be turned into production molding within a short period of time in our own in-house mold shop, which is facilitated with CNC, EDM and other machines.
