ZHONGSHAN CAVALLO ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES CO., LTD is an Australia joint venture company. Cavallo a manufacturer and exporter of major cooking appliances was set up in Sep 2005. Our company locates in the juncture of Zhuhai and Zhongshan City, which is easily accessible from Hong Kong, Macao, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Zhuhai.
We focus on developing and producing ovens, cooktops, rangehoods and other home appliances, and we provide OEM and ODM services as well.
Our premise’s covers almost 10000 square meters, with a large manufacturing capacity of about 1,000,000 units per annum. We have advanced production facilities and professional equipment, including metal forming machines, hydraulic bending machines, hydraulic plat shearing machines, and double-acting oil hydraulic press etc. Our team has foreign technicians and consultants to assist in the design and production processes, and many professional and experienced engineers to provide the best quality products and services to our customers.
Our products are manufactured using environmentally sound materials and processes. Products are of high quality, passing domestic and international safety standards tests, and are tested by internationally recognized laboratories, such as SGS. Majority of our products have the CE, Australian Standards, GS and RoHS approvals. Our ovens use components with VDE or CE approvals.
We aim to maintain our quality at the top of the industry through adopting the ISO 900:2000 system, strict quality control and research and development. To effectively manage our production, we also adopt the ERP management system throughout company’s manufacturing and management functions.
