The huge project, to be located in Hunhe New Town, Sujiatun District, Shenyang about 10 km from downtown, will consist of luxury hotels, high-end apartments, Grade A office buildings, theme plazas and shopping malls.
Reportedly, the Hong Kong-listed enterprise will complete the third stage of a villa project located in Fengtai District, Beijing in October. The average presale price is RMB 9,500 per square meter (sq m). The starting presale price is RMB 11,033 per sq m for the townhouses, which will have floor area ranging from 250 sq m to 350 sq m each. The floor area ratio will be 1 and landscaped areas will cover 40% of the development.
