The national College English Test Band 4 (CET-4) was given at Hubei University of Economics in Wuhan city, capital of Central China's Hubei province, Dec 17, 2011. Data released by the Ministry of Education shows that 9.26 million examinees registered to take the test and the higher-level College English Test Band 6.
