Stahlwerk - MMA welding devices offer the ideal technology for following the welding works

Welding of:

• normal flat iron - U profiles
• wire mesh
• 4 square iron
• thick sheets
• Angles and T-beams, etc.

What types of electrodes can be used:

• Unalloyed steels: TYP R3, A5 and AR 7

• For sheets up to 3 mm: electrode R3 -  diameter 1,5 mm, 2,00mm, 2,5 mm
• For stronger materials electrode R3 - diameter 3,25 mm and 4,00 mm.

• V-welds and pipes/tubes should be welded with electrodes A5 and AR7.

Equipment of the device:

• Digital display
• Antistick: prevents annealing of the electrode (less consumable electrodes), because the power is immediately terminated.
• Hot Start: automatic voltage increase at the start
• Lift Ignition: hin contact with the workpiece.
• MMA: manual metal arc welding with high duty cycle of 60% at 400 amps.

• Welding of rutile, basic, low-and high-alloy rod electrodes, rod electrode up to 6,2 mm diameter

• Automatic cooling ventilators
